I'm Federico, currently typing this post-surf from somewhere along the Spanish coast.
I’m a Strategic Growth Advisor helping 6-8 figure DTC brands and SaaS startups escape the discount trap through what I call founder-business alignment. I believe sustainable growth happens where sharp strategy meets authentic branding—long before metrics or hacks come into play.
My journey started in high-performance brand environments—from creating content for Oppo, JD Sports, and MVMT, to learning luxury marketing firsthand as a marketing specialist at Apulia’s official Ferrari and Maserati dealership. While finishing my Master’s in ICT & Media, with a focus on AI, I validated this approach by scaling a €200K fashion e-commerce brand to €450K in just one year, all without increasing ad spend.
On the operational side, I bring hands-on experience as a mid/senior-level expert in Meta Ads, Email Marketing (including a framework I developed to add 30% revenue in 90 days through Klaviyo), CRO, SEO optimization, web development, and Shopify redesign.
On the consulting side, I focus on full strategy development and implementation, covering GTM campaigns, content, and brand strategies.
I want to work with founders first (before the business) who aim to create meaningful impact with their product or service. I believe my talents are a gift from God, and I’m committed to growing and using them for good.
