Hey all — I do marketing for Play Money (the platform that lets people make small angel investments), and I’m working on some content for them.
I don’t want to make generic stuff. I want to understand what the grey areas are for fractional operators when it comes to early-stage startups and investing:
– Do founders ever pull you into fundraising convos?
– Are there investor terms you wish someone explained without the jargon?
– Do you ever wonder whether you should be getting equity?
– Are there “red flags” you look for that overlap with what investors look for?

Basically: What are the confusing, messy, unspoken parts of the founder/investor world that would actually help you as a fractional worker if someone clarified them?
I’d love to bring the community’s perspective back to the team so we can make content that’s genuinely useful for fractional folks — not just founders or investors.
Curious what you think.
