Hi, I’m Paula Mariani, Fractional Head of Product and UX, nice to meet you if we haven’t already crossed paths in other forums.
I’m the founder of The UX Team, which we started back in 2022. For the past 3 years, we’ve been placing product squads into companies, and in the past few months this has really taken off.
Thanks to the fractional community, I’ve learned so much on this journey. Now I’d love to give back by opening up more opportunities for individuals and (ideally) small teams who want to step into fractional gigs.
We’re especially looking for:
- Tight-knit teams of 2–3 who’ve worked together before (e.g. Product Manager + Designer, Designer + Researcher, or PM + Designer + Developer).
- Industry focus such as Fintech, Marketplaces, Healthtech or others.
- Availability for fractional projects (3–6 months, 1–3 days per week). Most work is remote, with the occasional client visit or facilitation on-site.
