Hello, I'm Mark and I'd like to introduce myself.
For the past 3.5 years I've been working on a fractional basis with both start-ups (pre and post launch) as well as existing companies across many different sectors including automotive, energy and telco.
I've worked with businesses at all stages of development from pre-launch, designing and delivering their operations, into early growth to help them with their structures and ways of working, and also with established businesses looking to improve performance.
