I'm Colin Kelly, founder of Agathon. We're a boutique AI consultancy with four core offerings, and I regularly post fractional opportunities here for the teams my clients need to build.
My background: PhD in Natural Language Processing from University of Cambridge, previously led AI research teams building large language model prototypes, and spent years architecting data systems for major corporate clients across various industries. Basically the combination of deep technical stuff and commercial reality - I've seen what actually works vs what sounds good in demos.
