Hey FRCTNL community, I was referred to this platform by my friend Rafal and wanted to say hello!
My name is Tre and I've been a professional web developer since 2022. All my career, I've built and maintained React applications for companies like SmartTrip and my current employer FOS Technology. After a conversation with Rafal, I've become interested in Fractional Work!
I am proficient in Javascript, Typescript, and their frameworks.
I am familiar with Go, C#, and C++ (I started programming with game development, so I studied some C++ for graphics programming. Still love game development!)
When Im not working, Im usually taking courses or building my own projects. And I mean it when I say that, I believe the best time to build anything is now!
I've built free tools for modders (one released and in active development), SAAS landing pages for some freelance attempts haha, and always offer to help my friends build out their ideas!
Sorry if im getting off topic, but alot of the passion I have for programming comes from the potential I see in it. Its the same potential I'd imagine a painter see's when they see an empty canvas. There's so many things you can contribute to in this digital age and the field just grows.
My biggest struggle is just staying focused on what im specialized in when deep down, im interested in learning about everything. I have so many arduinos and STM32s that I'd love the time to take a month to build a project with. Even typing about it now gives me an urge to do it. But then I'd be taking time away from my Agentic AI course that I want to finish. And in the end, I'll likely find a way to use my new agentic knowledge with my STM32 and build some sort of robot or something cool.
Anyways, those ideas are more or less what keeps me building. I did'nt even get into my dreams for game development!
I've spent the last 3 years helping development teams complete their sprints on time, developing key app features, and presenting feature ideas to shareholders. I work best in scrum environments but I can adapt to anything the team is doing.
If you'd like to know more about me, reach out! Whether for a hire or just a chat, looking forwards to hearing from you!
