Glad to be here. I’m Alex, a fractional Head of Product and advisor with 12+ years of experience, mainly in the DevTools space (CI/CD, Engineering Efficiency), working both as a hands-on PM and leading PM teams. Over the last 3 years, I’ve shifted into part-time advisory and fractional product work.
I’m at home in startups that need to move fast getting hands-on with sharpening strategy and roadmaps, and translating them into the right work on the ground. I help teams go from MVP to PMF and beyond by building the product function and setting up lightweight product systems and processes that create a solid operating model for the stage of the company.
I’m also experimenting a lot with AI. I am using it to augment product work and building AI-powered solutions. Coming from the CI/CD space, I love evals 😄
