I’m excited to be part of this community and share a bit about my background. I’ve built and scaled my own consumer product brand across three countries, served as a Fractional COO for a GenAI SaaS startup in Silicon Valley, and bring over 20 years of experience in data, analytics, and AI strategy. My focus has always been helping businesses design scalable operations and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
The main areas I focus on are:
- Scaling operations for growth → aligning supply chain, vendor management, and customer experience with business goals.
- AI & data strategy → turning messy or underutilized data into actionable insights and lightweight automations that drive efficiency.
- Startup advisory & execution → partnering with founders to set up operational playbooks, metrics, and systems that support funding and scale.
I currently have 10–20 hours per week available for fractional or consulting opportunities.
