I'm happy to have found this community recently. I run my own consulting and fractional services business, CoEvo, where I help businesses align people, processes, and technology so operations stop being a source of friction and start driving growth.
For over 10 years I’ve worked inside companies of all sizes, leading CRM platforms, internal systems, and technical teams through moments of high growth and change. I’ve seen firsthand how scattered tools, messy processes, and siloed ways of working can hold teams back. And I’ve also seen the impact when operations are redesigned to be connected, efficient, and scalable.
The main general areas I focus on:
- Smart systems and strategy → streamlining CRMs, internal tools and workflows so teams work smarter.
- Practical AI adoption → building strategic AI roadmaps and lightweight automations that create immediate efficiency while preparing companies to scale responsibly.
I’m looking to partner with organizations that need to streamline and scale their internal operations or adopt AI effectively. That could mean designing scalable roadmaps, solving targeted automation needs, or reorganizing systems and processes for greater efficiency.
I currently have 10–15 hours per week available for fractional or consulting projects.
