Human work in a digital world

Hi everyone 

I’m Amit a digital transformation and marketing consultant based in Badalona, just outside Barcelona. I run Flowstate Digital, where I help founders and teams modernise how they work and communicate.

My background’s a mix of marketing and teaching. I’ve spent years leading digital projects and now also teach digital strategy at university. Both worlds keep me curious about how people learn, adapt, and use technology with purpose.

I joined this community to connect with others working in fractional roles, swap ideas, and learn how others are navigating this space.

Outside of work, I live by the sea with my wife and two dogs, and spend way too much time thinking about how tech and creativity shape the way we live.
