I am a generalist but also a skilled programmer, software architect, fractional CTO and author - more about me at the bottom.
The primary projects that I have on the go are:
AMMERSE - a value system and meta-framework that includes Agile and Lean as two values in a seven-value system. This is ongoing, with the primary book being completed, and part-time occasional courses. If you are keen to learn more and/or fund it, there are possibilities. I would commit max 24 months if funding is found.
REAL Architecture - a meta-architecture specification formalising architecture to allow the next layer of computing abstraction (sought after for decades). I am building the specification after proving it works. Seeking funding and/or collaborators to build this out. I would commit full-time, if founding is found.
DSS - A web data language, which fits alongside HTML/CSS to form the declarative language trinity. This would mean you do not need JavaScript until much later. It was previously a W3C community group, but with a lack of traction (due to browsers caring more about v8 and other aspects). It may be for opensource browser first, if anyone has contacts. Specification for version 1 written. Prototype compiler and runtime built already.
Tailsmith - A full writers studio. As an author, I am always appalled by the disparate nature of writing tools. I want to get the VSCode for writers built. I have partial designs, market research and pain points collected. It now requires funding to get development off the ground. I would commit for maximum 24 months if funding is found.

Basic overview of experience
Experience in manufacturing, real estate, finance, web, cosmetics, travel, publishing and more. As a coder, my main platforms are .NET/Node/JavaScript/PHP these last few years, but I can easily move to platforms (with Java, Visual Basic, Perl, Pascal, Uniface, Delphi, C in my past.)
My experience is building things from scratch, not all dependencies. That is, I build my own platforms and tooling, including rest framework, cross platform tooling, css frameworks, javascript frameworks, ORMs, CRM, CMS, LMS etc
I have written books: 'A case against estimates' (Leanpub), Software Developer's Handbook v1 (Leanpub), Beginning VB.NET (Wrox), Professional Windows DNA (Wrox) and others.
I built the first property sale in a smart contract on a blockchain, with my own opensource library for multichain on github.
I have written over 15 million lines of C# in a single project alone, an ORM, frameworks and various libraries. SCORM/ONIX/XML/RDF and other data formats have been prevalent in my career as I have built bank integration formats and integrations.
I have built and managed various remote teams building complex systems.
