Changes in hiring and how do they affect fractional professionals

I wanted to share this recent article on the changes that AI is bringing to sourcing and hiring.

One take-away of the article is that AI models will discriminate against certain profiles, such as Black-sounding names, women or professionals with experience gaps or who don't complete every form field. 

It doesn't say, but I would imagine that professionals with a record of fractional projects might be discriminated too, as with other under-represented aspects in the job market.
