Hey! I'm a dev who helps startups build out their MVPs quickly, doing freelancing atm. I think I've seen a couple small SAAS offerings on twitter that seem to handle everything for the freelancer - billing, project management, etc. I am just wondering what you folks use, as I'd like to keep it as simple as possible!
